We are an ISO 9001 2000 Engineering Company engaged in the Manufacturing of Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel Equipments for various projects. Our Manufacturing Methods assure Product Quality and timely delivery.  
   
Submission of Fabrication Drawings:  
  • Upon receipt of Test Reports from Lab., we shall record the Test Analysis in our Internal Register & co - relate
  • We shall prepare a Layout for individual Plates / Pipes, and have Stamp Transfer from your Inspector, before starting the cutting operations
 
   
Raw Material Procurement:  
On receipt of approved Final Drawings, we shall start Procurement of various Raw Materials as below.  
   
  • S. S. 316 Quality Plate Material will be of SAIL / JINDAL / Imported make
  • Carbon Steel Plate material will be of SAIL / JINDAL / ESSAR / Imported make
  • S. S. 316 Pipe Material will be of REMI / Imported make
  • Carbon Steel Flanges will be procured from Client approved Manufacturer complete with Original Test Certificates
  • Carbon Steel Structural Material will be of SAIL / VIZAG / TISCO make
 
   
Physical Verification of Raw Materials:  
  • Upon receipt of Raw Materials at our Works, all the material will be visually inspected
  • Dimensions of S. S. 316 / C. S. Plates / Pipes will be measured
 
   
Stamping of Raw Materials:  
  • We shall invite Inspector for stamping of SS / CS material for onward sending to Third Party Approved Lab, for testing, under your advice
  • All the stamping Sl. Nos. along with Material Description will be recorded in our Internal Register
 
   
Stamp Transfer:  
  • Upon receipt of Test Reports from Lab., we shall record the Test Analysis in our Internal Register & co - relate
  • We shall prepare a Layout for individual Plates / Pipes, and have Stamp Transfer from your Inspector, before starting the cutting operations
 
   
Set - Ups for Various Joints:  
We shall offer Long Seam Set ups, Circumseam Set ups, of various weld joints, before starting welding.  
   
Back Chipping & DP Testing:  
All the weld joints will be back chipped to sound metal & Dye Penetrant Test will be offered and on getting clearance, we shall proceed with further welding.  
   
Radiography:  
Radiography will be carried out as per the Drawings & Specifications during various stages of Fabrication and X - Ray Films will be submitted.  
   
Nozzles:  
  • Set up will be offered for all Nozzles for Pipe to Flange Joint, Manway Neck Long Seam, Manway Neck to Flange
  • Set up will be offered for all Nozzles to Tank Fitment before welding is carried out
 
   
Structural Stiffeners:  
Carbon Steel Structural Stiffeners will be provided to Rectangular Tanks & offer for Inspection, before welding.  
   
Saddle Supports:  
We shall provide Carbon Steel Saddle Supports to Horizontal, Cylindrical Tank. Saddles will be provided with S. S. pad between Supports & Tank.  
   
Final Dimensional Check:  
The respective Tanks will be finally checked dimensionally with reference to Drawings.  
   
Hydro Test:  
All the Tanks will be Hydro Tested as specified in the Drawings.  
   
Surface Finishing:  
  • Stainless Steel Tanks will be Acid Cleaned thoroughly
  • Carbon Steel Tanks will be painted as per your specifications
 
   

Welder’s Qualification Procedure carried out for welding of Incolloy 800 / S. S. 316L Large Reactor weighing 39 Tons – by TIG / SMAW Process using Inert Gas purging in 2G & 3G positions.

Procedure witnessed by M/s. Andritz,  Austria for their Project in Salem, India for Stainless Steel Rolling Mills Expansion Project.
